A spooky Halloween in Room 1,2,3 & 4

We think that Room 1,2,3 & 4 may have been haunted today!
It was very spooky!
No students came to school today, instead we had zombies, witches, unicorns, superheroes and vampires!

One very lucky Junior Infant class even had Jessie from Toy Story in to teach them! Super cool.

Some Junior Infants took part in their first ever assembly! We were super excited but also a little bit nervous as we were performing in front of the WHOLE school. We performed 3 songs, even one in Irish because we are that good! 😃

We got the loudest cheer the hall has ever heard when we were finished!

Our teachers said it was the best performance they had ever seen, although they might be a little biased. 😉

We are very excited for our week off, it is well deserved as we have been working really hard in our first term of school.

Learning new letters and words every week is no easy task!

A busy week in Junior Infants

This week in Junior Infants we have been working very hard! We have been learning about the letters 's,a,t, and i'. It is tricky work but we have been doing great. 😃
 

Bring a toy to school day!

The fun never stops in Junior Infants! Today we got to bring our favourite toy to school as a reward for collecting so many ludo points. Everyone had such lovely toys and we had great fun showing all of the different toys to our friends in our class. We had a Power Ranger, Elsa from Frozen, a dragon and even a bunny rabbit in our classroom today! It was very busy! We can't wait to get more ludo points and see what our next prize is!  😃

Aistear

We have started Aistear in Junior Infants. We had lots of fun in the witch's house, making our own witches, counting spiders in the sand and creating cats with playdough.
